MP0 and MP1 act 3 monster level

We all know that Purgatory difficulty after monsters intensity is turned all the monsters level will be raised to 63. The players proposed the problem, Grimiku has given answer.

Anybody know MP0 act III are level 63? Some people say that the MP0 level is 61-63, and some people say no matter what the strength is 63. If someone gives a link or a blue paste answer best.

The monster strength purgatory difficulty (ie MP0):

Act 1 = Monsters are Level 61

Act 2 = monsters are level 62

Act 3 = Monsters are Level 63

Act 4 = monsters are level 63

As long as you open the monster intensity level 1 or above, all the monsters will rise to 63 (all sections), and they will have the same drop list and drop rate.
